Halloween Slot

Do you like horrors? The Microgaming’s developers made such a themed video slot machine that is based on a horror-thriller movie ”Halloween”, directed by John Carpenter in 1978. The main story in few words: On the night of Halloween in 1963, Haddonfield (st. Illinois), a six-year-old boy, Michael Myers, brutally kills his seventeen-year-old sister Judith (with 8 knife strokes), after he saw that she wanted to make love with a friend. He is placed in a psychiatric hospital in the town of Smiths Grove under a supervision of psychiatrist Sam Loomis (Donald Pleasens). All the time that Myers spends in the hospital, he doesn`t talk to anyone, looking indifferently at a wall. Exactly fifteen years after the murder, when Loomis is about to bring Myers from the hospital to the court, Myers escapes, steals the car and turns back to Haddonfield…

The fairly simple gameplay

Icons in the Halloween Slot are ”standing” on a front wall of a white house. It is a grid of size 5×3, where 5 reels are placed. Symbols are these things, which are present in the movie: a revolver; a kitchen knife; a bright plastic clown mask; a pair of spokes is stuck in three coils (blue, turquoise and green) with threads for knitting; a light-beige stationary phone with a twisted wire and some other. In addition, here are two characters’ portraits. One of them represents Sam Loomis wearing a brown suit, and the second one is a smiling fair-haired seventeen-year-old girl – young Jamie Lee Curtis (a daughter of a famous actor – Tony Curtis). For a good and successful playing, you need to learn about a functionality of the game buttons. Click on the bet-button and adjust your wager. You can choose it only from an allowed range, which is equal to 0.010 – 0.50. If you are tired of spinning the reels again and again, you can just activate a very convenient option called ”AutoPlay”. The button, which can be used to spin the reels, is the ”Play” one.

Fine symbols, cool Features and also Bonus rounds

The bright yellow-orange icon with a no less bright coloured word ”BONUS” on it is Scatter. Collect more than 3 Scatters and enjoy the ”Trick Wheel” or ”Treat Wheel” feature. You will have an opportunity to multiply prizes by up to 10 times! If you are lucky and collect any of 4 characters from the ”Halloween” movie on the ”Trick&Treat Wheel”, you will have 9 ”Free Spins” in your pocket. Whenever you hit ”Michael” at one of the previously noted features, the ”Boogeyman Bonus” is activated. You can choose among ”Knife”, ”Michael’s head” and ”Leaf”. The logo of the movie is the ”Wild” symbol of the Halloween Slot. Its power is enough to substitute all the regular game symbols. ”Wandering Reel” can be shown only on the 1-st, the 2-d or on the 3-d reel. (Whereby this reel group is spinning together as one.) This feature contains ”Jumbo Blocks”.
