Sports Betting at Bally’s Atlantic City Hotel & Casino

In March 2021, FanDuel Group and Bally’s Corp. held the grand opening of a FanDuel Sportsbook inside Bally’s Atlantic City Hotel & Casino in New Jersey. Bally’s was the last casino, out of nine, in Atlantic City to add a sportsbook.

The sportsbook opened to the public just in time for the 2021 college basketball tournament. The room is conveniently located by the Northern boardwalk of Bally’s casino entrance. As customers enter, they are greeted by two large video walls and multiple betting kiosks.

The inside of the sportsbook features a 25-foot-wide video wall, flanked by two 10-foot-wide video walls on either side and 10 video displays. Fans can place sports wagers at five betting windows or use one of 20 self-serve betting kiosks. Bets can be placed on all major sports, football, basketball, baseball, tennis, MMA, soccer, golf, motorsports racing, and more. The sportsbook also features a curated food and beverage menu.

New Jersey law prohibits a person under the age of 21 from placing wagers or collecting winnings at a sportsbook.

Popular bets at the sportsbook include moneylines, points spreads, over/unders, parlays, props, and same-game parlays. But bettors get even more options at FanDuel Sportsbook Online.

Accommodations at Bally’s Atlantic City

Bally’s hotel rooms are the perfect end to a long day walking the boardwalk. Guests get their pick of three unique locations on our property: Bally, Dennis, or Garden Tower. Each tower offers king or double-bed options and select hotel rooms include ocean views and suite amenities.

In 2024, Bally’s completed $100 million worth of upgrades to the property. Part of that was spent on new signature suites. The rest was spent on the casino floor, a new bar, and an outside beer garden-style venue called The Yard. Bally’s has 1,760 rooms and suites spread throughout several buildings available to guests.

Casino Game Selection

There is no doubt you will find a favorite slot machine of your liking among the 648 video reels. Bally’s has one of the largest collections of slot machines and video poker games in Atlantic City. Progressive slots, cascading reels, or the old vintage three-reel machines are available for play.

If video poker is your thing, Bally’s also has you covered. All video poker machines have multiple denominations that will fit your betting style. Place a nickel, quarter or dollar bet playing Super Times Pay, Triple Play, and many more – including the ever-popular 9/6 Jacks or Better. But wait, there is more.

You can stop by one of the main casino floor tables that feature Craps, Blackjack, Baccarat, and brand-new Blaze Roulette tables.

Slot Machines

Slot machines and video poker games on the casino floor are available in $0.01, $0.02, $0.05, $0.25, $0.50, $1, $2, $5, $10, $25, and $100 denominations. Whatever your style, Bally’s has it. Remember the $100 million renovations performed over the past year? Bally’s also added 400 new slot machines to their casino floor during that renovation.

Casino Table Games

Blackjack

Bally’s Atlantic City boasts of having the best Blackjack in town. They also claim to be the first casino in Atlantic City to allow blackjack play at a restaurant.

Here is a list of rules that makes Blackjack play at Bally’s the best:

  • Once a shoe begins, no other player may join until the shoe is over and a new one begins.
  • A player may choose to forfeit ½ of their original wager rather than risk losing the entire wager on a hand.
  • Split Aces 2X – A player may re-split aces 2Xs, for a total of three hands.
  • Dining and Blackjack – an Atlantic City first – You can play blackjack at one of the two tables offered at Jerry Longo’s Meatballs & Martinis restaurant before or after you dine at Bally’s newest restaurant.

There are 27 blackjack tables in the casino. The game is played with six decks hand-shuffled. The minimum bet is $25 and the maximum is $3,000. Blackjack Match Progressive is also offered.
