Play’n Go launched its games in the Garden State today through PokerStars NJ. PokerStars Casino lost no time in slotting the gaming supplier’s Rich Wilde and the Book of Dead as its “Game of the Week.”
Another, Reactoonz 2, is No. 2 among “PokerStars Picks,” just behind Classic Blackjack.
The third title among the complex online slots Malta-based Play’n Go announced it would supply to PokerStars NJ, Rise of Olympus, isn’t yet visible on the site. However, it “and many more” are coming, promises Play’n Go.

PokerStars NJ Is In Play’n Go’s Third North American Market
Unlike many US online game suppliers, Play’n Go didn’t start its North American journey via New Jersey online casinos.
It didn’t even start its North American path in the US.
Play’n Go debuted in North America first in Ontario in April, then in Michigan during July, and now in New Jersey today.
While Play’n Go’s games will stay with partner online casino and poker operators in all three markets, Play’n Go plans to keep on going after launching with PokerStars NJ.
Play’n Go CCO Magnus Olsson says today:
It’s exciting to jump into the action in New Jersey, a state long synonymous with gaming via Atlantic City, which is now leading by example in the online space by delivering fantastic experiences to players in a safe and responsible fashion.
We have no plans of stopping here. Our goal is for Play’n GO to become the preferred partner of operators in regulated states across North America. New Jersey is an important step, but we’re only just getting started.
His comments build on those uttered during the Michigan launch. At that time, Play’n Go said its games are so good that the supplier “raises the bar for American players.”
Play’n Go Is Available Through PokerStars NJ First
The supplier hinted today that PokerStars NJ may not be the only Garden State operator with whom it partners.
“Initially launching with PokerStars” involves this:
The Casino Service Industry Enterprise waiver has been newly awarded to Play’n GO by New Jersey’s Division of Gaming Enforcement, giving the studio the right to supply its portfolio of premium content to operators in the Garden State.
Documentation from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) also shows that on Aug. 30, DGE authorized Play’n Go to “conduct Internet gaming-related business” with two entities. Resorts Digital Gaming and TSG Interactive US Services Limited are listed on the document signed by DGE Director David Rebuck.
Dublin-based Flutter Entertainment owns The Stars Group (TSG), which oversees the PokerStars brand. PokerStars NJ operates on the Resorts Casino Hotel license.
Adding to that hint that PokerStars may not be the final operator, CEO Johan Törnqvist says he hopes Play’n Go becomes “the preferred partner of operators in regulated states across North America.”
